VISITING HOURS Visiting Hours
We want all of our mothers, babies and families to enjoy a safe, private and supportive environment duringtheir stay with us. In order for families to have some quality bonding time and educational opportunities please review the following:
Visiting Hours are between 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 2:30 p.m. and from 4:30 to 8 p.m. each day.
Lullaby Time takes place from 2:30-4:30 p.m. each day, which allows new parents to either enjoy uninterrupted time with their newborn, or sleep if needed.
All visitors must check in at the nurses’ station to before visiting a patient. If a visitor must be at the hospital after 8 p.m. they will need to report to the Main Nurses’ Station, located next to the main hospital elevators, to receive a visitor’s pass.
Out of courtesy to all of our families, visitors are asked to visit 2 at a time. This helps to ensure for a more restful noise level throughout the Mother Child Center.
Visitors should not wait outside of patients' rooms, in the hall. Instead, all visitors should wait in the spacious visitor’s lounge, located outside of Labor and Delivery.
Siblings are allowed to visit as long as they are healthy and accompanied by an adult.
We request that nieces, nephews and friends’ children wait to welcome babies at home, if they are under the age of 12.
St. Elizabeth’s Hospital is a smoke free environment. Use of tobacco products while on campus is prohibited.
